How to appeal a ban?
Got banned or suspended and think it was a mistake? We want to help you sort it out. Follow the steps below and the staff will review your account.
Following these steps doesn't guarantee an unban. It gets your account reviewed, and the staff decide whether the ban can be lifted.
Before you start
- When you try to join the server, it shows why you were banned and how much time is left.
- A ban for a set time ends on its own. You can still appeal it.
- A suspension (after three counted warnings) lasts until the staff lift it.
Step 1: Join our Discord server
Join our Discord server. Appeals happen there.
Step 2: Link your Minecraft account
A banned account can't join the game to link itself, so you link it from the store instead:
- In our Discord server, run
/link. The bot answers with a code only you can see. - Sign in to the store with Login with Microsoft, using the Microsoft account your Minecraft account belongs to.
- Open your account's Discord Link page, type the code into the box and confirm.
If your Discord account was already linked before the ban, skip this step.
Step 3: Open an appeal
Once your accounts are linked, the #appeals channel opens for you in our Discord server. Click its button and explain what happened. This opens a private ticket that only you and the staff can see.
Tips for a good appeal:
- Be honest and stay calm.
- Say what happened, with times or match details if you remember them.
- One appeal is enough: the staff answer in your ticket.
Step 4: Wait for the review
The staff look at your account and answer in your ticket. If the ban is lifted, the ticket closes by itself and you can join again.
Can't follow these steps?
If you can't join our Discord server, can't link your account, or something else gets in the way, write to [email protected] with your Minecraft name and what happened. We will help you from there.
